Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

We make public our policy on the refund and cancellation of donations received for social causes on our payment gateway as under:

1. No Refund/Cancellation

No refund or cancellation for any donated amount will be entertained for donations made online through the payment gateway.

2. No Cash Refund

No cash or refund of money will be allowed.

3. In-Kind Support

If any in-kind support is received from a donor, the material will be distributed to the poorest of the poor communities and cannot be returned.

4. Use of Donations

Once a donation is received for a cause, it will not be refunded to the donor, and no cancellation can be made. The donation will be used for community development, children's education, or animal health and welfare.
