Who Benefits from Your Blood Donation?

Eligibility for Blood Donation
Age: You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
Weight: Minimum weight of 50 kg.
Health: You should be in good health and not suffering from any chronic illness at the time of donation.
Hemoglobin Levels: A minimum hemoglobin level of 12.5 g/dL for women and 13.0 g/dL for men.
